I purchased the slippers on Dec. 9 and it estimated a delivery date of Dec. 16. On Dec. 10 I received an email stating that the package would arrive between 3-5 workdays. The package arrived at the facility in Cologne on Dec. 11 and it still hasn't left - it is Dec. 20 and has been 8 business days. I finally contacted them on Dec. 18 and was told that the slippers were going to be "we expect that your order will arrive approximately 3-7 business days later than usual" and I don't believe they would arrive before christmas.
