I purchased a pair of slippers - I never recieved a confirmation email. I had to sign up for an app to find out the tracking. The slippers have been stuck at a Fed Ex facility for over 10 days. I could not reach anyone from the company. There is no phone number and the chat service that I used never got back to me.
