The slippers are great - they finally arrived! but what let’s this company down is delivery and customer service; communication in particular.
I ordered a pair on 1 December, 3-6 day delivery. 10 days later I had heard nothing. Repeated emails to customer service were finally replied to which said they were extremely busy due to a sucessful promotion - great, but surely communicate that to your customers! I had to chase a couple of later times because tracking said “ready to ship” for about a week (by now the slippers are 3 weeks since order). Anyhow, they finally arrived after what was quite time consuming and frustrating process. I won’t order again because of this.
