Honestly I don't know what happened or who is responsible. I'm just figuring the two stars will get someone's attention. I ordered a pair of slippers some time ago. I got a shipping notification and kept looking for my package, but it never appeared. Now I am being asked about my level of satisfaction - so, clearly you are assuming I received the product. Nope!
I do not feel inclined to track the package myself - sorry.
