Asking for a review 10 days after ordering, stating 3-5 day shipping, and the shipment has been sitting at the airport for 8 days now, 6,000 kms from me while only providing the review site in German, not the language of my ordering country leaves a lot to be desired.
Toss in the fact that I purchased well before Christmas, but the shipment hasn’t left Europe and there is no way to cancel the order, makes me think that while people rave about the product, if I don’t receive the product in a timely manner (or even ever), how good is it really?
