I expected the slippers would have more heft to them. They seem like socks with a thin rubber sole. Also they are not very comfortable if I don't wear socks; I can feel the stitching around the inside, and the wool is very rough. Knowing what I do now, I would have ordered one of your models with more substance to them. I would like the opportunity to exchange them, if that's possible.
