My old Giesswein slippers are worn out but still kicking. I'll keep them for now. Trying to return your product became an oddisey.You have a "customer diservice" what makes everything even more painful. I always felt I was exchanging emails with a bot, not a real person. The worst American company has a better customer service than you do. I'm lucky enough to have a German friend that actually lives in Germany. As a German she felt ashamed for your behaviour. Without her help it would have been impossible to get a return label. What a nightmare! Your brand won't survive. It's surreal. One more thing, I keep receiving Giesswen emails in German. You're a marketing joke.
