I have always worn your slippers with the removable sole. The comfort they provide have made me incredibly grateful to you. I have had bone on bone arthritis in my ankle for over 30 years and your slippers are the ONLY ones that make walking on hardwood floors a breeze (otherwise, I'm in agony). I needed new ones. Yours haven't been in stock for a while so I bought knock offs made in China and threw them away the first day. So uncomfortable. I kept checking your website DAILY to see when yours were back in stock and after months of waiting and an incredible price hike I got them. WHAT HAPPENED? They are WORSE than the cheap knockoffs, and it feels (and sounds) like I'm walking on compacted cardboard. My ankle is in such pain. They are NO LONGER the high-quality slippers that were so cushioned and so comfortable. PLEASE bring the originals back.
