The products looked great, I purchased a pair of Wool Clogs, they fitted perfectly, and were very comfortable............... for 5 minutes, and then the base came off one of the clogs.
I have returned the clogs and emailed customer service but not had any reply yet in 24hrs which I don't think is too good.
