I ordered shoes to Finland and filled in my phone number on the order. The phone number is important information in Finland because the Finnish Post uses it to notify you of the arrival of the package. For some reason, the phone number is not included with the order and the buyer does not receive a notification, which can result in the goods being returned, which is a bad thing. I have to return the shoes because the size was too small, but I couldn't order new ones because the larger size had already run out.
