The slippers fit very well, but they leave marks on my wood floors. I stopped wearing them as a consequence. I wish I could keep them, but unless these slippers can be replaced or I receive instructions on how to resolve this problem, I will return them.
When I contacted customer service by email, they responded by telling me I could return the slippers. I was hoping for a better resolution.
