Brilliant service that we use at work for birthday/special occasion collections. Claire on the support team has been so helpful and quick to respond on a couple of queries I had. System so easy to navigate and the recipient recieved their voucher seamlessly. I would suggest a bit more explanation and instruction on how to send the voucher/collection to someone once it's ready. The purchase gift option confused me and wasn't really obvious whether you'd be using the collection amount or your own money to purchase!
