“I had a great experience with Giftround! Very speedy responses to any questions and extremely helpful. Everyone found it really easy to use and it was great to be able to print off all the comments and the voucher ready to put in the card I had bought. Great stuff, well done! “Very easy to use and set up. A very large range of different gift cards to choose from, including travel e-gift card as well. I contacted their helpline via the 'Chat' and by email and they were super responsive and extremely helpful. I will definitely be using them again - Thank you!”

“I’ve used Giftround in the past few years for organising events never had any issue. However, last Friday night I ordered 2 birthdays cards and 2 vouchers. While I received vouchers within several days, no sign of any card on Thursday when the birthday party started. Very disappointing!”

Hi Jenny, we are very sorry that your greetings cards did not arrive with you and we apologise for this disappointing experience. As your cards were ordered on the evening of Friday 29th November and we are unable to process orders over the weekend, your cards were printed and posted first class on Monday 2nd December. We advise on our website that you can expect your greeting cards to arrive between 2 and 4 full working days after ordering, which would have been Thursday 5th December. Unfortunately, as currently experienced by many other businesses, we are witnessing a degree of unpredictable delivery times with Royal Mail postage. For this reason if our customers contact us at support@giftround.co.uk we are always happy to reprint a complimentary card and send to an alternative address if needed. Would you like us to do a complimentary reprint for you today? Just let us know if you’d like it sent to an address different from the original ones and I can sort that out for you. “I’ve just used GiftRound for the first time, gone are the days of sending an envelope around the office for a birthday or leaving collection!! I found GiftRound very easy to use, the card and gift were delivered promptly, and the eVoucher was easy to order/print. I contacted GiftRound (Claire) with a question and received a prompt reply, thanks Claire. I will definitely use GiftRound again and would recommend to others.”

“GiftRound has been such a great find, and I couldn’t be happier to have discovered it! I used it for a work colleague’s farewell to collect personalized e-messages and a voluntary donation pot for their leaving gift. It’s extremely easy to use, and I love the variety of gift options—vouchers, gift cards, and even the ability to transfer funds for a small fee. The support team is extraordinary—quick to respond, kind, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond! Definitely worth trying—you’ll love it!”

“I received money via GiftRound as a retirement gift then lost access to work emails. I contacted the GiftRound team who replied amazingly quickly and politely and businesslike to sort this out for me. The same day I sent my email! When all other customer service teams appear to be struggling, GiftRound have been amazing. Thanks so much 👌”

“It's easy to arrange collections for colleagues using GiftRound, without having to share bank details. The firewalls at our place of work seem to block the vouchers being sent to the recipient, but the service from GiftRound is first rate and they quickly send a link for the recipient to access their gift. Thank you - will definitely use again for future team birthdays!”

“I used this service to organise a collection for two teachers in my son’s class. It was incredibly easy to use and very convenient. All participants could leave personalised messages that can be printed off at the end. We chose to select vouchers at the end, and I was surprised with the selection available to choose from. I also used the customer service email and received a very quick response to my query. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends and family.”

“I am enjoying using GifRound when I collect money for my Team. It's easy, the money is in one place, and your have the opiton to spend the money with them and have a range of options or you can withdraw the money for a small percentage. Great customer services too. If you are collecting for a birthday, weeding, etc...GiftRound is a fantastic opiton to do so.”
