“I’ve just used GiftRound for the first time, gone are the days of sending an envelope around the office for a birthday or leaving collection!! I found GiftRound very easy to use, the card and gift were delivered promptly, and the eVoucher was easy to order/print. I contacted GiftRound (Claire) with a question and received a prompt reply, thanks Claire. I will definitely use GiftRound again and would recommend to others.”

“GiftRound has been such a great find, and I couldn’t be happier to have discovered it! I used it for a work colleague’s farewell to collect personalized e-messages and a voluntary donation pot for their leaving gift. It’s extremely easy to use, and I love the variety of gift options—vouchers, gift cards, and even the ability to transfer funds for a small fee. The support team is extraordinary—quick to respond, kind, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond! Definitely worth trying—you’ll love it!”

“I received money via GiftRound as a retirement gift then lost access to work emails. I contacted the GiftRound team who replied amazingly quickly and politely and businesslike to sort this out for me. The same day I sent my email! When all other customer service teams appear to be struggling, GiftRound have been amazing. Thanks so much 👌”

“It's easy to arrange collections for colleagues using GiftRound, without having to share bank details. The firewalls at our place of work seem to block the vouchers being sent to the recipient, but the service from GiftRound is first rate and they quickly send a link for the recipient to access their gift. Thank you - will definitely use again for future team birthdays!”

“I contacted GiftRound to let them know that an eGift card hadn't reached its destination. Within five minutes, I received an extremely friendly and helpful email with advice about what I could do to resolve this issue. Everything was sorted immediately.”

“I used this service to organise a collection for two teachers in my son’s class. It was incredibly easy to use and very convenient. All participants could leave personalised messages that can be printed off at the end. We chose to select vouchers at the end, and I was surprised with the selection available to choose from. I also used the customer service email and received a very quick response to my query. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends and family.”

“I am enjoying using GifRound when I collect money for my Team. It's easy, the money is in one place, and your have the opiton to spend the money with them and have a range of options or you can withdraw the money for a small percentage. Great customer services too. If you are collecting for a birthday, weeding, etc...GiftRound is a fantastic opiton to do so.”

“Simply, easy and effective. I find giftround becomes extremely useful in my work environment. As a big team, it allows us to contirbute towards presents for either weddings/bitrhdays/baby showers etc without the faff. Definitely recommend.”
