“I’ve used Giftround in the past few years for organising events never had any issue. However, last Friday night I ordered 2 birthdays cards and 2 vouchers. While I received vouchers within several days, no sign of any card on Thursday when the birthday party started. Very disappointing!”

Hi Jenny, we are very sorry that your greetings cards did not arrive with you and we apologise for this disappointing experience. As your cards were ordered on the evening of Friday 29th November and we are unable to process orders over the weekend, your cards were printed and posted first class on Monday 2nd December. We advise on our website that you can expect your greeting cards to arrive between 2 and 4 full working days after ordering, which would have been Thursday 5th December. Unfortunately, as currently experienced by many other businesses, we are witnessing a degree of unpredictable delivery times with Royal Mail postage. For this reason if our customers contact us at support@giftround.co.uk we are always happy to reprint a complimentary card and send to an alternative address if needed. Would you like us to do a complimentary reprint for you today? Just let us know if you’d like it sent to an address different from the original ones and I can sort that out for you.
