I was impressed with Glowstone's delivery as the initial product was miss directed by the shipping company and Glowstone arranged another without any input from me.
The product does what the literature says but the heating is limited and doubt it will keep coffee hot for an hour. Warmish yes. However when you consider the size of the "heating source" I'm not sure my expectation was completely realistic.
