I purchased the Glowstone mug in September 2024 for £114, and by December, it stopped charging entirely. The charger works fine (tested with other devices), so the issue is clearly with the mug itself. Despite multiple emails to Glowstone’s customer service, I’ve received **zero response** – not even an acknowledgment. For such an expensive product, this lack of reliability and support is unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items should last longer than 3 months, but Glowstone seems uninterested in honoring their legal obligations. Save your money and avoid this company – there are far better alternatives out there with actual customer care. Paul White.
