Having already paid for a kayak from another company and then being told that it was out of stock and having to go through the refund scenario, I was a bit hesitant about repeating the same experience. Go Kayaking made the experience so easy and transparent. They checked their stock levels whilst I was on the phone to them and even arranged for delivery on the only day that I was available at home. When I'm ready to purchase another kayak I will not hesitate in contacting them. First class service without the fancy charges.
