“As a slightly nervous beginner, I found the advice given by Ellen at the Runcorn shop really helpful. She was happy to spend time with me to make sure I got the right kit. As one item wasn't in stock, I ordered online. All this was 5 stars - but I tried to phone and to contact Go Kayaking by email on a few occasions for advice initially, then for delivery information, but never got a reply to emails and nobody answered the phone - hence a 4 star review. Hopefully it was a blip, and I look forward to shopping with GK again.”

“Had a few fibreglass sea kayaks in for repair and new keel strips recently and the staff were really friendly and helpful, keeping me updated with the progress etc. They made a great job of the repairs and the kayaks look like new! Would certainly recommend these guys!”

“I am the Secretary of the local Sea Cadet Unit. We are unbelievably lucky to have such a fantastic store on our door step. With their help we are building a superb watersport facility on the River Weaver. Nothing is too much trouble.”
