Nose clip for swimming . It was not tight enough so becomes loose when swimming.

Having sent me 2 identical hip pads, instead of a pair, a week later and I’m still waiting for the error to be corrected.

Hi Martin, Just spoke to our dispatch and yes we should have dispatched the correct hip pads as soon as you told us about the error, rather than waiting for you to send them back. We've sent a new pair today & on the fastest service possible so hopefully they'll be with you tomorrow :) Thanks Andy - Store Manager

Friendly, efficient service but disappointing to receive an item mail order to find price charged in shop and marked on item was 20% lower than price we were told over the phone. Little appetite to resolve this despite polite email exchange.

The only reason I am even giving a 2 star is the young man at the shop was helped and full of apologies. I was waiting at least 3.5 months for my SUP board. It would of been nice to have monthly updates to where our boards where. But I was the one to call the shop quite a few times... It Would of been nice to have even receive a small token gift as a thank you for waiting so long. A few of my club friends also bought and had to wait. Thanks michelle carr

Hi Michelle, Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for the pre-order for the SUP board - I hope it's treating you well. Yeah, I agree - customers should never need to chase their order. This has been a different year, and some delays are tolerated. We always aim to communicate these with the customers when we get these updates. I apologies that in your case you weren't satisfied with our communication, and we'll look at making sure all our customers are updated with delays should they happen I'll see to it personally that all customers waiting for stuff are updated more regularly & I'm sure you'll have a better experience with us next time.
