“As a slightly nervous beginner, I found the advice given by Ellen at the Runcorn shop really helpful. She was happy to spend time with me to make sure I got the right kit. As one item wasn't in stock, I ordered online. All this was 5 stars - but I tried to phone and to contact Go Kayaking by email on a few occasions for advice initially, then for delivery information, but never got a reply to emails and nobody answered the phone - hence a 4 star review. Hopefully it was a blip, and I look forward to shopping with GK again.”

“Very helpful staff, I would have given 5 stars if there was an easier option on the website for purchasing gift vouchers rather than paying for postage and then having it refunded. But Kian handled the process efficiently and so I didn't lose out. I would use the company again.”

“Ordering process and product descriptions were helpful. However, a choice of courier was not great. Request to rearrange of delivery was ignored, no note left at door for collection or rearrangement of delivery, the website to track my parcel was not helpful at all to find a collection point. I would appreciate if you consider to change the courier.”

Hi annonymous, Thanks for the feedback. I have set up an account with FedEx today and we're currently working on the integration on our website to offer another courier option for you at checkout. “Well packaged, delivered on time. Quality products. Only minor was stock on web site didn’t match their warehouse, so didn’t get my motor. But this by no means detracts. Definitely recommend and I will use them again and customer service was excellent! Thank you”

“Would have been 5 stars as your guy on the counter was more than helpful, even though he was on his own in a busy time. But because your in store prices are at full RRP, it was disappointing to have to ask for your online prices in store to price match against yourself.”
