Order didnt arrive within the Delivery window. Have emailed numour times and had nothing back from these guys.

Not good Sent me the wrong size item then tried to charge me the earth for the replacement

Hi Franco, We sent you the wrong bolts - genuine mistake. We offered a full refund on these and also offered the correct bolts, washers and nuts at a discounted price to you, which you felt was too expensive. Unfortunately, they are expensive bolts and if you can get them cheaper elsewhere then fair enough - but this is an unfair and mis-leading review as we didn't charge you the earth for the bolts, and we did everything we could to fix a mistake. I still have your order on my desk as we haven't heard back from you to process the refund - you're welcome to get in touch any time and we'll sort it. Hope to hear from you soon. Best wishes, Andy

So far I have still not received my item, I paid Extra for next day delivery as I need the wetsuit for my daughter for our holiday, it should have been with me by Wednesday for our holiday Friday, we are now on holiday and my daughter can't participate in the sea activities Untill I have searched the local shops for an alternative wetsuit, whilst I have already paid and not received anything or had any correspondence to the emails I have sent to both go kayaking and FedEx who where the courier. I hope that one of the companies has the decency to respond to me asap and resolve the issue.

Hi Timothy, This is a very unfair review. I have looked at your order this morning, and the tracking from FedEx tells me it was delivered less than 24 hours after you ordered it, exceeding our expectations. I have also looked through all of our inboxes and messaging services we provide and there are no emails, or messages from you. Can you clarify how exactly you've tried to get in touch with us please. Hi Lorraine, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have checked the tracking for your item and it appears that it has been lost in the post. We will send a new item to you today, on the fastest possible service. I will email you tracking details of both the original package and the replacement via email so you can see this for yourself. I called as the item was late in arriving and I needed it for a holiday. When I called I was told it had been posted 3 days before. When it arrived by recorded delivery, the postage date, was the date that I had called. Not 3 days previously 🤔

I am really disappointed in the opaque returns policy. Most other outdoor outfitters are accommodating and willing to work with customers especially seeing as in-person shopping has been difficult to do during Covid-19. Not go kayaking, they are happy to sell you things that you cannot use and then not take them back. READ THE FINE print before purchasing anything here.

Our returns policy is clear and there is a link to it on the front page of our website for visitors to see, that link is here: https://www.go-kayaking.com/pages/returns/ Our returns policy is in line with consumer rights and is industry standard. Throughout the last 50 years of trading, our ethos has been to ensure people get the right product first time. This helps minimise returns in the first instance. Nearly two weeks and item has not even been despatched. Emailed the seller no response. PayPal dispute now. Awful company don’t bother

Hi Sara, Many thanks for the feedback always appreciated. I've taken a look at your order and it was dispatched within 9 hours of ordering and sent on a next day service. After checking the tracking details, UPS are holding it as there is an issue with your address. I will email you your tracking details separately so you can see for yourself. I have contacted UPS this morning to sort the issue, they also now have your contact number in case they need to contact you regarding your delivery. By way of apology we will refund the order in it's entirety to your customer account here for your next shop so you can experience our normal high level of customer service, so if there is anything else you need in the future it's on us - by way of apology. I ordered a replacement pair of Peak Storm Pants, I was sent the 2016 Peak Storm Pants not the advertised pre- 2016 ones, which are a completely different design and size, there was not time to replace or order elsewhere for my holiday. Absolutely unacceptable practice by Go Kayaking who now are responsible for spoiling my trip away!
