“Ordered goods online but ordered wrong size. Telephoned to ask for the next size to be put aside for collection / swap, but was told this was not policy. I would say the person I spoke with should really be kept away from customers until he matures. Called into the shop, and the girl on reception was very helpful and cheerful, a credit to your business. I've given 4 stars due to the girl at reception. Would have been 5 but for the unhelpful chap on the telephone. There is another canoe shop within 30mins of your runcorn shop. The chap who answered the phone when I first called will cost you business”

“The item arrived well packaged and earlier than expected. There was a minor inaccuracy in the description which was slightly disappointing, but this was fixed quickly. The team answered my questions via email very promptly. Overall, very happy with the service and the price paid.”

“My order of a peak 15m kayak towline belt arrived earlier than predicted and well parcelled. I used it during towing skills practice on Wednesday at the canoe club I'm a member of. It worked well, my only problem being that I hadn't realised that almost the entire length had been daisy chained. My fault I should have checked it first. That aside, it is a well made product that I am happy to recommend.”

“Asked for different sizes of a canoe paddle to be brought to MEM for me to make a choice. This eventually happened and I was happy with the service at MEM but a bit disappointed with paddles not being there when first promised which gave me a wasted trip to Llan'”

“Excellent value for my Pyranha fusion 2 kayak, best price across all retailers. Would have given Go Kayaking a 5 star rating but due to the courier delivering my kayak to my home with no communication or notice. The kayak was left on my pathway and i arrived home to see it sitting there ( i blame the courier more than Go Kayaking) I would shop there again as I'm pleased with my product.”
