Ordering process and product descriptions were helpful. However, a choice of courier was not great. Request to rearrange of delivery was ignored, no note left at door for collection or rearrangement of delivery, the website to track my parcel was not helpful at all to find a collection point. I would appreciate if you consider to change the courier.
