As a slightly nervous beginner, I found the advice given by Ellen at the Runcorn shop really helpful. She was happy to spend time with me to make sure I got the right kit. As one item wasn't in stock, I ordered online. All this was 5 stars - but I tried to phone and to contact Go Kayaking by email on a few occasions for advice initially, then for delivery information, but never got a reply to emails and nobody answered the phone - hence a 4 star review. Hopefully it was a blip, and I look forward to shopping with GK again.
