“A wonderful selection of equipment in a lovely setting by the Bridgewater canal, the staff are helpful and the literature there is really interesting. BONUS you can also use the canal for a paddle at certain times after filling in a safety form. With regards Tony H.”

Hi Franco, We sent you the wrong bolts - genuine mistake. We offered a full refund on these and also offered the correct bolts, washers and nuts at a discounted price to you, which you felt was too expensive. Unfortunately, they are expensive bolts and if you can get them cheaper elsewhere then fair enough - but this is an unfair and mis-leading review as we didn't charge you the earth for the bolts, and we did everything we could to fix a mistake.
