“I’m please to have had my kayak sent to my home. The assistant was fab in giving advice. When I phoned to enquire the kayaks whereabouts when it was late for delivery the guy on the phone was very helpful. However it was a different colour to that I ordered and it arrived 3 days later than expected, and two days after I was advised it would come when I phoned to ask where it was. I would recommend buying in person rather than having delivery. (I won’t be returning it because it is too much hassle:. I will live with the different colour)”

Hi Priscilla, Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that your boat has turned up a day late. It should have been delivered on Friday, but it was delivered the following Monday. We did try to get this delivered on Saturday, but this isn't a service that DX usually offer and they were unable to do so. I can't believe that we've sent you the wrong colour! Can you send us a photo of the boat, we'll of course get this rectified! Thanks Andy - Store Manager

“I called Go Kayaking (North West) to enquire as to why a specific paddle was "collection only" (My order consisted of a kayak, two paddles, and other gear). I delt with James, who after confirming with management, informed me that the website will be updated to allow delivery for the paddles. After placing my order, I contacted James again to check if it was possible to get the kayak in "Lizard Green" as the site only had the Fuego Orange option. James noted according to the website, there was no stock on the Lizard Green. To my surprise, James called me back a few minutes later with an update that he had found a Lizard Green Burn large at the warehouse. He truly made my day! The service I have received from start to finish was truly memorable and the perfect example of "going the extra mile". Thank you James and team Go Kayaking!”

“Superb communication and service. The paddle I ordered turned out to be out of stock despite showing as in stock on the website. Unprompted Go Kayaking sent the model up instead of making me wait, or cancelling my order, which I thought was a very decent gesture. The items were despatched quickly and arrived the following day. I will happily buy from Go Kayaking again in the future.”

“Great experience shopping at Go Kayaking. Wanted a PFD for paddle boarding, having used a particular brand in the past was hoping for the same one. Store had lots of choice but did end up buying exactly what I went for. The staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will absolutely recommend and go again!”

“I called in the shop for a replacement palm safety tape as I was passing anyway. Staff member was friendly and helpful. I ended up with a new karibiner too as there was a promotion at the time. I would have prefered to look around for longer as lots of kit to browse.”

“So far I have still not received my item, I paid Extra for next day delivery as I need the wetsuit for my daughter for our holiday, it should have been with me by Wednesday for our holiday Friday, we are now on holiday and my daughter can't participate in the sea activities Untill I have searched the local shops for an alternative wetsuit, whilst I have already paid and not received anything or had any correspondence to the emails I have sent to both go kayaking and FedEx who where the courier. I hope that one of the companies has the decency to respond to me asap and resolve the issue.”

I have looked at your order this morning, and the tracking from FedEx tells me it was delivered less than 24 hours after you ordered it, exceeding our expectations.
