I called Go Kayaking (North West) to enquire as to why a specific paddle was "collection only" (My order consisted of a kayak, two paddles, and other gear). I delt with James, who after confirming with management, informed me that the website will be updated to allow delivery for the paddles. After placing my order, I contacted James again to check if it was possible to get the kayak in "Lizard Green" as the site only had the Fuego Orange option. James noted according to the website, there was no stock on the Lizard Green. To my surprise, James called me back a few minutes later with an update that he had found a Lizard Green Burn large at the warehouse. He truly made my day! The service I have received from start to finish was truly memorable and the perfect example of "going the extra mile". Thank you James and team Go Kayaking!
