Superb communication and service. The paddle I ordered turned out to be out of stock despite showing as in stock on the website. Unprompted Go Kayaking sent the model up instead of making me wait, or cancelling my order, which I thought was a very decent gesture. The items were despatched quickly and arrived the following day. I will happily buy from Go Kayaking again in the future.
