“Pleased with kayak but disappointed you would choose to use a delivery company that don't have any communication as to time or even day of delivery..I basically wasted 3 days waiting around for my kayak to arrive with not even a text or phone call..they even took pot luck on whether I would be at home to accept delivery so Very poor tbh”

Hi Anthony, Thanks for the review. When it comes to shipping kayaks, DX Freight are the only company that will take items of that size, weight & bulk and we are limited by the services they provide. The Threeday service is delivered within 3 days, as stated on our delivery page and the only way to guarantee a delivery day is to select the next day service. You currently have £9.25 on your account to spend on your next shop. Hope that helps Andy - Store Manager

“When I decided to paddle 2 years ago after using some hand me downs a decided to bite the bullet and by my own kit, I looked at various retailers and Go Kayaking by far offered me the best advice and customer service, they talked me through the necessity’s and nice to haves and in the end I purchased a Machno, Peak dry suit, paddle, PFD helmet, airbags, throw line,beeners and tape, they made sure it all fitted within my budget and upon finding out I serve in the military the offered me an additional discount on all my gear saving me hundreds of pounds. My gear all came in pristine condition and on time. Within the las month I used the points I earned as a customer to get a discount on my new Werner powerhouse I just bought from Go Kayaking and again was met with fantastic customer service. My paddle was not due to be dispatched until Feb 17 but because of the staffs hard work I actually took receipt of the paddle 1 week before the dispatch date and was on the water sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Go Kayaking if you value good honest advice and reliable service.”

“Would recommend Go Kayaking. Tried Demo Pyranha Fusion kayak and then purchased one. They fitted it out for me, to make sure I was comfortable in it. The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to be helpful. Would recommend them.”
