When I decided to paddle 2 years ago after using some hand me downs a decided to bite the bullet and by my own kit, I looked at various retailers and Go Kayaking by far offered me the best advice and customer service, they talked me through the necessity’s and nice to haves and in the end I purchased a Machno, Peak dry suit, paddle, PFD helmet, airbags, throw line,beeners and tape, they made sure it all fitted within my budget and upon finding out I serve in the military the offered me an additional discount on all my gear saving me hundreds of pounds. My gear all came in pristine condition and on time. Within the las month I used the points I earned as a customer to get a discount on my new Werner powerhouse I just bought from Go Kayaking and again was met with fantastic customer service. My paddle was not due to be dispatched until Feb 17 but because of the staffs hard work I actually took receipt of the paddle 1 week before the dispatch date and was on the water sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Go Kayaking if you value good honest advice and reliable service.
