As I was placing my order on the phone at 4:30pm, it was being packed so as to catch the courier whose arrival was due - and the courier company messaged that delivery was expected the next day (at no extra charge)! In the end the courier couldn’t make it until the day after, but it was very impressive service. I was impressed at the efficiency of the shop. Thank you!
