The staff are all knowledgeable and gave good advice. They were extremely helpful when the item I ordered did not fit, looking into fitting details of alternatives so that the replacement item was perfect. They even sped up the return process to ensure I had my item in time for my trip. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
