I ordered a backpack from their website and the delivery was really fast and I liked that plastic free was an option. However on opening the box I realised that the wrong size bag had been sent. I phoned the store and they were really helpful. A replacement was sent out the same day and I even got a follow up call to let me know it had been posted and the money for posting the wrong back once had been refunded. Excellent customer service and really easy and speedy to exchange.
