I visited the store after online shopping as I wanted to try the kit before purchasing. I also used the online chat bot to speak with Ellen as I had lots of questions.
Ellen provided lots of great information as I have been off the water for about 10 years. I purchased most kit now but still need the boat - I will be back soon for it
Great help online and in store. I should also add I was pointed to Go Kayaking by someone who works at Pyrahna head office and I can see why. When I need K kit I know where I need to go
