Black Friday Sale - to much work for UPS & a mistake with delivery that left me without the product & go-kayaking on the phone to UPS! Despite all this Andy & his team kept me informed, looks to address the problem & talked to me as a valued customer :) Great service (despite the challenge) & very happy to shop with a small film who understand the value of customer service.
