I was looking to take up kayaking again after many years of not being involved in the sport. I explained my situation and Kian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the outset. Understanding, encouraging and didn’t attempt to sell the most expensive kit because of my naivety. I plan on returning in the future.
