Order no.ORDER UK2867...appalling that the the customer service is non-existant on returns. Shockingly bad!! The online returns portal doesn't work and have had no answer to my emails. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone in Germany. It's a shame as the product is very nice but now would unfortunately not recommend.
