I bought one item online. However it’s never delivered. Although they confirmed by a shipping company the item was failed to delivered, they’re still refusing the refund. The demanded me sigh THE DECLARATION over the email, instead. They know I paid a full amount. They know the item was not delivered. It’s their legal obligation to pay back. It’s the worst online shopping experience by far.
