sweaters smells heavily of chemicals and sadly there is nonexistent customer service - they won't respond to emails or answer the phone - got a cashmere sweater that smells of chemicals, washed it multiple times to get the smell out but it's not coming out. Wrote them an email, and sadly they don't feel the need to respond.
