I recently purchased a size XXL cashmere hoodie that was too small (an undersized XXL compared to other vendors). When I tried to return it, I was told that because it was a same item that I couldn’t return it - something that was never disclosed when I ordered it. I’ll eat the $150 but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!
