Hello, the product is great, but the service is very bad. Too long delivery (20 days), and it was delivered not by DHL, as written on the website, but by Russian post with no currier service, i had to pick it up myself at the post office. Your service manager said i will be offered a discount, but without precising what discount and how I can get it ! since he didnt answer my mails. very disaponting shopping experience.
