I ordered a jumper on 13 th Dec, I then contacted you in 14 th Dec to apologise and cancel order as my father had died. 24 hours later you replied to tell me that the order had been dispatched. I have still not received jumper which I did not want. If it dies arrive I will have to return it, but you told me you dispatched in 15 Dec. Please advise
