The product was fine, delivery was good, but I was disappointed to realize the return polices. Granted I should have been more thorough and read the return polices before buying(and I would not have made the purchase) I bought the item as a Christmas gift(and bought early to ensure it arrived on time) and the person didn't like the item. So when I went to return I realized I had missed the window for return. Now I'm stuck with a gift I can't use and I'm out $120.00 bucks. I might be able to exchange but there is nothing I really want or need. Overall I'm disappointed:(
