Their returns portal doesn't work, their customer service doesn't respond to calls, emails, any contact. Plus the products look different. They claim to pay for returns - they do not. Plus you have to figure out on your own where to send it - they try to stick you with merchandise. There are loads of terrible reviews on Trust Pilot - DON't buy here. It's a scammy store.
