We love the items we received from Gobi, the quality was excellent. I found the shipping was not well handled their was no contact to get updates on the status. We have a return, due to choosing the wrong size, the web site says shipping is free and provide the shipping return label, but when deposited at the pickup location we were charged additional 9€, which is really poor when the return is not actually a replacement they take the item back and provide a credit, so you loose the original freight you have paid and then you get charged freight when their returns policy says no charges of freight for return. Gobi needs to be clear and honest in their policies and service.
