Dear Gobi, - My order arrived later than I expected but I am sure the total lockdown in the state did not help us. - The products were not the same colour as they showed on your website, but I accepted the colours because there were people who liked the colour and size close to me - One of the item's knitting was not the best standard even though I had ordered the same products. - The packaging was not sustainable to recommend other people who would love to have cashmere. Also, the packaging was similar to cost-conscious products overall. - The site was very slow to order more items after I received the first order. I had to give it up. - Wish to order more goods with no return policy for resale. If you could give me an opportunity to resale your goods and contact me by private email I would be grateful.
