Hi! I bought a cashmere coat from your online shop. "ZWEIREIHIGER MANTEL MIT GÜRTEL M / kamel / WC49-1330/1331". Unfortunately, it was too loose for me. So, I made the return service online and sent it back to your shop. And requested to replace it with an S size. Unfortunately, I still didn't receive anything; moreover, my 288 Euros is not reimbursed. Could you send a small size coat/ or the exact value coat to me? If you can't send anything, Can you refund me my money?
