This is for Order 24445. I am very disappointed with this experience. I ordered a cashmere sweater for my son and the price was 155.30 EUR including transport and a free pair of socks. I received my order with an incorrect invoice showing price of 173,58 EUR instead of 155.30 EUR and without the gift promised. It appears that I was charged for the gift and also they didn't include it in the package. I contacted them several times via email, their support page, telephone, even Face Book. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. What is going on? Don't they know that Customer Service means to resolve customer's problems? I am considering to return the sweater since I am not that pleased with the quality either: I am sure it is a fine wool but is not cashmere for sure. It is very heavy and not very soft. This was my first and last purchase from Gobi. This was a bad and stressful experience. Who needs that?
