Where to start. Last week on thursday I made an order of a cashmere Pullover. It took them almost a week, to tell me there was an error, and that my size is actually not available. Mind you, when I just open the site it still says 2 pieces left. Ofcourse, there was no solution offered and my first order voucher is gone, even though I didnt buy anything in the end. Just simple, we refunded you and you need to wait for your money. Or maybe my voucher is the reason my order was cancelled. As a big cashmere fan, would stay away in the furure for such unserious business. A better approach to the customer would also be welcomed! Truly a big dissapointment
